The winners of the Scottish Children’s Book Awards have been announced, and we’re absolutely thrilled that Mouse’s First Night at Moonlight School, written by Simon Puttock and illustrated by Ali Pye, has won the won the Bookbug Readers (3-7 yrs) category!
The Scottish Children’s Book Awards are Scotland’s largest book prize for children’s authors and illustrators, and are voted for exclusively by children and run by Scottish Book Trust and funded by Creative Scotland. Nearly 30,000 votes were cast in this year’s awards – and so we’re enormous proud of Simon, Ali, and Mouse’s First Night at Moonlight School.
