Felt Flaps series and I Am The Seed That Grew The Tree shortlisted for the 2019 British Book Design & Production Awards!

We’re thrilled to have been shortlisted for two awards in the 2019 British Book Design & Production Awards (BBD&PA) – the Felt Flaps series is a finalist in the Brand / Series Identity category and I Am The Seed That Grew The Tree is a finalist in the Children’s Trade 0 to 8 Years category. The BBD&PA promote and acknowledge the innovation of both book design and production by celebrating the best books of the year – and we’re incredibly proud to be nominated again this year!

Featuring one poem for every day of the year, I Am The Seed That Grew The Tree is a poetry collection selected by Fiona Waters and lavishly illustrated by Frann Preston-Gannon. Filled with familiar favourites and new discoveries – from John Agard to William Blake, Emily Brontë to Carol Ann Duffy and many more – this is a book to enjoy with your little one again and again.

Take a look inside this beautiful collection below:

The Felt Flaps series feature bright hide-and-seek felt flaps on every spread – and a surprise mirror reveal on the final page! With bold, colourful artwork from Swedish illustrator Ingela P Arrhenius, these sensory reads are perfect for sharing with babies and toddlers.

The winners of each category will be announced at an award ceremony on Thursday 21st November. For more information about the awards, and the view the full shortlist, click here.
