Nosy Crow in The Bookseller

Nosy Crow are name-checked in a piece from the December 9 issue of The Bookseller on the health of small publishers.

Philip Stone writes:

“With help from significant gains at relative newcomer Nosy Crow (two of Axel Scheffler’s Pip and Posy stories have taken more than £50,000 through bookshop tills), Bonnier (thanks to Templar’s The Pirate Croucher and the popularity of authors Sam Lloyd and Emma Goldhawk) and Phidal, total sales of children’s books by small publishers are down just 1% (£130,000) year on year in 2011.”
