We’re thrilled to announce that two Nosy Crow books have been longlisted for the 2021 UKLA Book Awards! Now in their 13th year, the awards aim to highlight children’s books that reflect all identities and promote diversity – and are the only awards judged entirely by teachers.
The Girl Who Stole an Elephant, by Nizrana Farook, and Talking to the Moon, by S.E. Durrant, have both been longlisted in the 7-10+ category.
A brilliant adventure set in a fictional Sri Lanka, The Girl Who Stole an Elephant will transport you to a world of action, deception, bravery and rebellion.
