We’re thrilled to announce that two Nosy Crow books have been shortlisted for the 2020 UKLA Book Awards – The Suitcase by Chris Naylor-Ballesteros in the 3-6 category, and The Middler by Kirsty Applebaum in the 7-11 category. Now in their 12th year, the UKLA Book Awards are the only awards judged entirely by teachers.
The UKLA Book Awards seek to celebrate children’s books to encourage teachers to increase their knowledge of recently published high-quality children’s books, and to promote the importance of books for young people from nursery to key stage 4.
