Hedgehog

Hedgehog
Terracotta hedgehog, Greece, about 550 BC

This hedgehog figure is a small flask made over 2,500 years ago. Can you see the hole for pouring liquid out of it? Real hedgehogs are covered with up to 5,000 spikes and will curl up in a spiky ball to defend themselves from predators.
