Knife
Small knife for eating dessert, Sheffield, United Kingdom, about 1907

Dessert knives are used for eating fruit, cheese, or sweet delicacies politely. They are smaller than those used for eating dinner and often more decorative, in keeping with beautifully presented desserts. This example has a silver-coated blade and bone handle that is coloured green.
