Beaded waistcoat, Zulu people, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, 1950–1987

This waistcoat is worn by the Zulu people in South Africa. It is decorated with lots of colourful beads in a geometric pattern. Geometric means lots of regular lines and shapes like the diamonds on this waistcoat.
