A great new opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-orientated individual to join the Nosy Crow production team as a Junior Operations Executive. Nosy Crow is a multi-award winning, independent children’s publishing company. We make child-focused, parent-friendly children’s books for ages 0-12.
As part of the Nosy Crow Operations team, you will work alongside the Operations Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the Nosy Crow business. Working closely with both internal colleagues and external suppliers, you will be responsible for sales support including including management of direct deliveries and liaising with customers), supply chain support including working with freight forwarders and our distribution centre and digital operations support including including Biblio and product feeds (ONIX).
You will be exceptionally organised, accurate with a great eye for detail, demonstrate strong numeracy skills and have a can-do attitude. You must be enthusiastic, positive, a great communicator and a strong team player. The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure is essential.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid experience of working within sales or operations, preferably in the publishing industry with a working knowledge of Biblio.
