Adrian Soar has 40 years’ publishing experience. He started his career selling books for Macmillan, built publishing businesses around the world from Armenia to India to Zimbabwe, and ran all of Macmillan’s book publishing businesses. He was president of the Publishers Association. Now he runs finance, IT and contracts for Nosy Crow, and is company cook (but usually leaves cake to others).
