Lena sells international rights to Nosy Crow publishing partners in Asia, Germany, and Arabic-speaking countries. She previously worked as a rights manager at Penguin Random House in London and as an editor at Penguin Random House in Beijing. Lena holds an MA in Contemporary China Studies from Renmin University Beijing and speaks German, English, Chinese – and is currently learning Arabic at a glacial pace.
