Lucy Dunnet

Rights Assistant

Lucy graduated from SOAS, University of London in 2019, then moved straight to China to work as an editorial assistant at a magazine and teach English to children. After five months of interviewing Chinese fashion designers and Olympic paddleboard teams, writing about heavy metal and Chinese massage therapy, Lucy came back to the UK to join Nosy Crow’s Rights team. Armed with her advanced Mandarin Chinese, basic Japanese and Spanish, Lucy cannot wait to help get Nosy Crow’s books onto the bedside tables of more children around the world.

When she isn’t devouring Nosy Crow’s latest book, Lucy can be found on the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mats, up a mountain, or getting told off for laughing too loudly.
