Rhianna graduated from the University of Winchester in 2015 with a degree in Drama and English. Despite spending most of her adolescence pursuing creative pursuits, she fell into working in the financial services industry, specifically in pensions.
Starting as an administrator and working up to people management, she was given the exciting opportunity to change career path and create from scratch and manage a stand-alone HR department at a financial advisers.
Once she had discovered that HR was her true calling, Rhianna is now thrilled to combine a love of HR with working at a creative company that is closer aligned to her personal interests.
